All is incredibly professional. He knows the test very well. I know there are people et there who know the test very well too, but in addition to knowing it well he is very good at teaching it and answering questions in a way that helps me undenland.
I've interacted with people before who knew how to do it but they weren't particularly good at explaining it to me and that was not my experience with Al He is very good, diligent, very reliable. Again, like sometimes you encounter people that are so smart but then they are not able to pass on that information or knowledge or to teach well to others who may not be on the same level that's not at all with Al. He is very patient, understanding, he's made it a really positive experience for me."
